Jason "The Gift" Kincaid defends vs. Chase Owens at House Party 2012!

--- Jason "The Gift" Kincaid and Chase Owens' careers in NWA Smoky Mountain have ran parallel to each other in many ways. Despite having a few more years of pro experience, Jason Kincaid started coming to the area in a regular basis just a few months after Chase Owens became an NWA Smoky Mountain (then CWA) regular.

Both men rose up the rankings in the Smoky Mountain area at the same time, wrestling each other in every position of the card. Starting in the opening matches, then in middle of the card tag team matches and finally on August 4th of this year, they squared off in the Main Event for Chase's NWA Mountain Empire Title at the historic Civic Auditorium... Despite Kincaid winning the 1st fall of that 2 out of 3 falls match, in the end Chase Owens was able to pull out the victory.

Back in November, Jason Kincaid was able to obtain The NWA Smoky Mountain Title when he defeated Keith Knox on NWA Smoky Mountain TV... The very next week, Chase Owens won a #1 Contenders Battle Royal for an opportunity to challenge Kincaid. Now the 2 best pro wrestlers in the region will square off once again. This time the stakes are higher than ever. If Jason Kincaid wins, then he will vindicate his lose in August. If Chase Owens wins he will become a double champion and will no doubt be viewed as a top contender to any title in the NWA.
